What to expect from us
Thank you for considering us for your next project! We want our potential clients to have an idea of what is coming down the line. These are the nuts and bolts of how we operate so you know what is between you and your final decision. We encourage reaching out as soon as you have your plans and drawings but if you just started here, that’s ok too!

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you only have drawings of the space now or maybe you have drawings of what you want your space to be. Our first step is to review any and all plans in order to provide a proposal price.

We do all the legwork from here. We will begin the process to reach out to vendors and subcontractors for availability and proposals. We can than present a better picture of price and scheduling availability. Two key factors we know you need in order to decide to stay the course.

Our pre-construction contract outlines our duties and commitments in planning and preparing for the project. We estimate this can take up to two weeks to provide given the many variable factors. We ask for a small commitment from our client to fully outline the scope of work to be completed.

Now we are getting closer! This detailed scope of the work to take place is made from defined line items to which we can apply a solid price. It generally will vary from the preliminary proposal as the defined scope is fully inclusive of all details; material selections, methods, and other confirmations down to the fine and often overlooked details.

By this point there have been many conversations, selections, and changes. Everyone will have explicit details of what will be done, when, and how. We believe going into the final step should feel transparent for both parties. A final contract is signed and your start date is set!
